Do you take equity?

Sometimes. Cash-and-equity hybrids are most common; pure equity is reserved for founders we'd back ourselves.

Engagement length?

Pre-seed: 4–6 weeks for PMF sprint. Seed and post-seed: quarter-by-quarter. We don't do indefinite retainers with early-stage founders.

Technical or non-technical founders?

Both. Most of our engagements are with technical founders who haven't run a GTM motion before.
